All members of the staff was incredibly nice. We had a spotless room, also there were a flat-screen TV with cable channels and a refrigerator.

Rooms are newly renovated and reasonably large with beers, a king bed plus a patched ceiling, food is cheap. Amazingly nice staff and good and convenient location make it a great choice!

Well located for the price to enable me to tour downtown easily. The staff was very friendly and volunteered helpful information about transportation and so forth.
I left my room the first morning about 10:45 and apparently missed the cleaning cycle, and the person didn't come back and clean later. Not a huge issue . . .

The hotel has helpful staff on night shift. The location is great, just off Asheville downtown and near a large shopping mall with many restaurants. Longhorn Steakhouse is a good option for dinner nearby. I enjoy staying here when I'm in Asheville.

The inside of the room was not as dilapidated as the outside.
For more money I was sent to a poorer quailty hotel because of an over booking situation. We went from a newly renovated Extended Stay to an Econolodge that was poorly kept up and honestly really sad. The hotel reaked of cheap room refresher that gave us headaches and the stairs and outdoor walls were dry rotting and crumbling. The staff was very nice, however we felt like we got downgraded big time.

I liked the proximity to downtown Asheville and all of the restaurants and amenities near by the hotel. The bathroom was clean.
The outside appearance was a little daunting and then the inside was not as nice as it could have been. Bed wasn't made well and gave me the impression that someone had just left.

Edward
The hotel provided good prices. The property was perfectly fine and clean. The staff on night shift was helpful and highly professional. The location was comfy, very close to most things, the Blue Ridge Parkway, and everything.

Location close enough to everything, including the bathroom door and hair dryer, shops, and the Blue Ridge Parkway. Variety of food options not too far away from the venue.
